I Have a Groupon...What Now?

Thank you so much for purchasing a Groupon Voucher! I am so excited to work with you! Because many of you who purchased Groupons gave them as gifts for Christmas, I am receiving an incredibly high volume of calls and emails so thank you for your patience. Here I have posted some of your F.A.Q's and concerns. 

I am so excited that the Groupon is doing well, thanks to you! :) It is a great way to start off the year. Unfortunately, this also means that I am booking out much further in advance than I usually do, to accommodate all of the new clients. Currently I am  booked weekends through  January and February, and have availability Tuesday- Friday . As a reminder, I am only a one-person show. The Groupon is not available for outcall massages or couples massages as only one person at a time can be accommodated in the massage room. 

Because of booking out so far in advance, I know many are concerned that their voucher expires before they can get on the schedule to use it. However, please don't be alarmed. For this reason, I am honoring the full promotional value of all Groupons until 02/28/2018, regardless of when you purchased it, so that everyone has a chance to use their Groupon at full value and receive the service that they paid for.

What is included in my Groupon?
Our most popular Groupon is the 2 hour pampering package which includes a 2 hour signature massage with a hot stone add on, hot towels, warmed eye pillow and essential oils

 

The 60 & 90 Minute packages include our signature massage with choice of organic jojoba and shea butter or peppermint rosemary massage oil. 

Please plan to be at the office for about 10 minutes early to account for parking, intake, dressing/undressing, etc. 

How do I make an appointment?
The easiest way to book is by selecting the Groupon Spa Package special on the online scheduler . It will show you all availability in real time, and as soon as your book your appointment, it is confirmed. You will also receive a confirmation email with your appointment information, as well as driving directions and parking instructions for the office and another 24 hours before your appointment time with the same information.

Where should I park?

Downtown is paid parking. There is a parking lot on the side of the building next to He's Chinese Restaurant. The charge is $2/hour. There are a few free spots along aqueduct st near the back if you can snag one. Also there is  metered parking on Main and Broad st. 

Should I bring anything with me?
You will want to have the 8 digit Groupon voucher number with you, either on the paper voucher, on your phone, or scribbled on a post-it. :) It doesn't matter what name the Groupon is in, so long as you have that little 8 digit code. If you have decided to give your voucher as a gift, there's no need to do anything, it is fully transferable, so just give the gift recipient that 8 digit number. 


You'll also want to wear casual, comfortable clothing and have the intake form sent to your email filled out.

Can my friend and I get massages at the same time?

At this time I'm afraid not. Currently I am a one-person show(but hope to expand in the near future). We can arrange for yourself and your friend/family member/spouse to be massaged one after the other, with a short 15 minute break in between. While one person is being worked on, the other can relax in the waiting room and read a book, enjoy scenic downtown Rochester!
